The University of Tennessee Athletics Department held the third annual VOLSCARS Monday at the Knoxville Convention Center. The concept for the VOLSCARS was developed by the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) as a way to showcase and celebrate the accomplishments of both the men’s and women’s athletic departments.
