The City of Sevierville and Sevierville Chamber of Commerce will host the annual Music, Lights and Magic Winterfest Kick-Off event on Tuesday, November 3, 2009. We love the community feel of this event and appreciate your interest in being involved. We only ask that you look at this as an occasion for celebrating with neighbors and fellow citizens and not exclusively as an advertising opportunity. Our only objective is to foster a traditional community event that will be cherished for years to come. It’s all about the citizens on this day!
Our event is a totally free event for our citizens and we require each booth to have giveaways available for the guests in accordance with the requirement list below.
- There must be a minimum of 500 giveaways to distribute & must have a minimum total value of $200.
- Items must be provided free of charge.
- You must provide your own tables, chairs, extension cords and decorations.
- Booth must be decorated in a winter theme.
- Electricity needs must be submitted to the City no later than October 1. Due to a limited amount of electricity, we cannot guarantee access.
- Set up must be completed between 8am and 1pm the day of the event. Vehicle access to and from the booth area will end at 1pm. Please note that if you arrive after 1pm, it will be impossible to let you in.
