For any one that may be interested, a lunch-time weight watchers group will be starting a new session on Tuesday, October 6th at the Sevierville Civic Center! This is a convenient way to attend meetings during the work day, on your lunch break! Please see the attached flyer that you can forward to your contacts and/or post at your place of business.
Never tried weight watchers? Now is THE TIME! Don’t wait until AFTER Christmas to get healthy, do it now and feel great through the holidays! In 12 weeks, our group of just 13 people lost a total of 135.8 pounds! The program works for anyone—men or women, young or old! If there is anyone in your office or place of business that would be interested in joining this group, please have them contact Colleen M. Brackins by Wednesday, 9/30 if at all possible! There will be an informational meeting on Tuesday, 9/29 at 12pm at the Civic Center for anyone that would like to learn more about the program.
