November 18, 2009
You didn’t need to visit the smoky mountains today to see black bears. On Wednesday, November 18, Three cubs and a mother black bear were first spotted in Sevierville, TN near Veteran’s Blvd. About an hour later the bears made their way to the corner of Dolly Parton Parkway and Industrial Blvd. The three cubs climbed a tree behind the Thompson Carr building while the mother stood guard at the base of the tree.
