The Smoky Mountain Children’s Home has been “The Voice for Hurting Children” for over 90 years. In honor of this special 90th Anniversary Year, The Home plans to promote awareness, volunteer opportunities, and donations through a series of events and promotions. The Smoky Mountain Children’s Home has been helping children in need continuously for almost a century. The Smoky Mountain Children’s Home exists because of the help and support of it’s sponsors and donors.
The Smoky Mountain Children’s Home began in 1920 with 4 children and has grown over the years. Now, they help an average of 600 children a year with over 300 this year alone.
On Friday, May 28th, at NASCAR Speedpark in Sevierville, TN, PARC Management CEO, Randy Drew presented a check to the Smoky Mountain Children’s Home for the Cherish the Child Foundation.
