SEVIERVILLE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE RECOGNIZED WITH 18
INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL & EVENTS ASSOCIATION PINNACLE AWARDS

Sevierville (TN) – The Sevierville Chamber of Commerce earned a total of 18 International Festival and Events Association Pinnacle Awards during the organization’s recent 2010 conference. The awards recognize the Sevierville Chamber in a variety of areas including events promotion, destination marketing, social media and website development.
“We are so honored to have won these internationally competitive awards,” says Sevierville Chamber of Commerce Chief Executive Officer Brenda McCroskey. “This is really a testament to our staff and the excellent work they do in creating events and promoting Sevierville.”
The Sevierville Chamber earned seven Gold awards in its division, including Best Event Video for sale (50 Years of Progress), Best Organizational Website (VisitSevierville.com), Best Social Media Site (facebook.com/Sevierville), Best Single Newspaper Display Ad (Celebrating Dollywood’s 25th Anniversary), Best Miscellaneous Printed Materials Single Page (Rose Glen Literary Festival flyer), Best Single Display Ad (Visit Sevierville ad) and Best Company Image Piece (Dolly Parton’s Hometown folder).
The Sevierville Chamber also brought home Silver awards for Best Radio Promotion (Dolly’s hometown), Best Promotional Brochure (Sevierville Vacation Planner), Best Cover Design (50 Years of Progress), Best Single Magazine Display Ad (Bloomin’ BBQ & Bluegrass), Best Ad Series (Visit Sevierville ad campaign) and Best Company Image Piece.
Bronze awards earned include Best Organizational Website (SCOC.org), Best Miscellaneous Printed Materials multiple page (Bloomie’s Pig for All Seasons Calendar), Best Cover Design (50 Years of Progress), Best Outdoor Billboard (Dolly Parton’s Hometown) and Best Single Display Ad (Visit Sevierville ad).
