The Android operating system gives customers access to more than 200,000 applications, most of which are free. U.S. Cellular recommends these to assist with Feb. 14 plans:

- Valentine’s Day Poems: Need help expressing your love? This app can help individuals spread the love in poetic drama, hymns, lyrics or prose poetry.
