The many ways to enjoy the Great Smoky Mountains and everything Sevier County has to offer is featured on the cover of the new AT&T Real Yellow Pages directories serving Sevier County, and surrounding communities. The main directory features a statue of Sevierville’s most famous resident, country singer Dolly Parton, while the midi directory shows a young hiker taking in the beauty of the mountains.
“We’re very pleased to have Sevierville and Sevier County featured on the covers of the AT&T Real Yellow Pages,” said State Representative Richard Montgomery. “This is a tremendous opportunity for our region. The cover photo shows the rich heritage of our community, from the music of Dolly Parton to the beauty of the Smoky Mountains.”
About 112,000 copies of the main directory have been produced for distribution in the area this year. Directory delivery is underway and continues through April 7. The directory will also be available to new residents and businesses throughout the year.
The companion directory is a smaller, more portable version of the traditional print directory designed for on-the-go consumers. More than 24,000 of these have been produced for distribution.
“We are proud to feature the Smoky Mountain fun on the covers of our new AT&T Real Yellow Pages directories for the Sevier County area and join the Sevierville Chamber of Commerce to encourage everyone to get out and have some fun in our own backyard,” said Alan Hill, regional director, external affairs for AT&T. “Each year we look to feature a local image on the front covers of our directories to emphasize that the AT&T Real Yellow Pages is a valuable community resource and excellent local search option for both residents and businesses.”
Located in the foothills of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this popular destination offers name-brand outlet shopping, award-winning shows and family-friendly attractions. With exciting new lodging options and new things to see and do, Sevierville really is Where Smoky Mountain fun begins.
“We are very excited to be featured on the new AT&T Real Yellow Pages directory covers,” said Amanda Maples Marr, marketing director for the Sevierville Chamber of Commerce. “We have so much to offer residents and visitors to this great part of our state, and I think the directory is a great way to remind people to get out and enjoy the sites and sounds all year long. Representative Montgomery and our entire Sevier County state delegation have been very supportive of tourism and business in our state to help our local economy. ”
As new books are delivered, Sevier County area businesses and residents are encouraged to recycle their outdated directories. AT&T Real Yellow Pages directories are recyclable, and the paper used to print the directories contains recycled materials. Residents and businesses can call the AT&T Real Yellow Pages Project ReDirectory help line, listed on the directory cover, at 800-953-4400 for directory recycling information in this community.
