Recent amendments to the Americans with Disabilities Act drastically changed the definition of who is “disabled” within the meaning of the law. Employers must now focus on the reasonable accommodation process rather than on the question of whether an employee has a disability.
This presentation will cover the fundamentals of ADA compliance for employers as well as businesses that are subject to the public accommodation provisions of the law.
