SOME OF MY FAVORITE “QUICK & EASY” RECIPES

Chicken Casserole
4 chicken breast, cooked & diced (may use canned chicken)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
½ stick margarine or butter
½ pkg Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Chicken broth
Mix chicken, soups, water & butter together and place in baking dish. Add enough chicken broth to stuffing mix until slightly moist and place on top of chicken mixture. Bake around 20 – 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Strawberry Twinkie Dessert
1 Angel Food Cake
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1 8oz Cool Whip
1 8oz Cream Cheese
1 qt strawberries
2 containers of strawberry glaze
Cut Angel Food cake into pieces and place in large bowl. Mix Eagle Brank milk, cool whip & cream cheese together until smooth and pour over cake. Cut up strawberries & mix with glaze and place on top. Refrigerate
