“Vintage Views” an 80 minute film developed primarily by piecing together home movies from residents of Gatlinburg and surrounding communities will debut September 12th, 2009 at the historic Riverside Motor Lodge in Gatlinburg. The film was produced by Tennessee Archive of Moving Image and Sound (TAMIS) and features clips from 1920 through 1970. A wine and cheese reception will be held before the event accompanied by blue grass music. The first public screening will begin at 5pm in the Skyview room and then the feature presentation at 7pm in the Whaley Room. Tickets are $10 per person at the door.
