Saad is the host of the Cooking Channel’s “The United Tastes of America.” On the show, he shares with viewers how to blend exotic spices and flavors with traditional American fare to create dishes that excite the senses. Saad was the runner-up on Season 5 of “The Next Food Network Star” and later hosted “The Spice Smuggler” on FoodNetwork.com. He is currently the national spokesperson for the Incredible Edible Egg.
The Cooking Channel, owned by Scripps Networks, debuted on May 31, 2010, and features many Food Network personalities like Emeril Lagasse and Giada De Laurentis and old favorites like shows “Julia Child” and “Two Fat Ladies.”
