March 30 - Megan Ownby will demonstrate garnishing and how to prepare three family meals at one time.
April 6 – Adriana Zoder will demonstrate preparation of vegetarian meatloaf.
April 13 - Shirley Price will demonstrate preparation of creme brulee.
April 20 - John Heath, personal chef from Louisiana, will demonstrate preparation of shrimp etouffee.
