Pigeon Forge will stage a ceremonial groundbreaking for its second fire hall on Friday. U.S. Representative Phil Roe was instrumental in securing funding for construction of the 8,780-square-foot building, and he will be on hand to help start the project. The completion target is December 2011, and K&F Construction is the contractor
