Free Cooking Demonstrations
at Anna Porter Public Library
on Thursdays in July at 6:30pm
On July 7 – Shirley Price of the Foxtrot Bed and Breakfast in Gatlinburg will prepare creme brulee.
On July 14 - Adriana Zoder will demonstrate preparation of vegetarian tacos and a Mark Bittman recipe called “Pasta, Greens and Beans”.
On July 21 – John Heath, Jr. of The Best of Times Personal Chef and Catering Service, and a recent transplant from Louisiana, will prepare shrimp etoufee.
On July 28 – Megan Ownby will demonstrate table side preparation of bananas foster. Demonstrations will be held in the meeting room of the Gatlnburg Community Center.
All demonstrations are free and tasting samples will be available. Space is limited and registration is required. For more information and to register phone 436-5588.
