PFHA Members, As you may know, new ADA swimming pool laws go into effect March 12, 2012 and these new laws will require ADA approved pool lifts for commercial pools and hot tubs.
PFHA Member Arley Johnson Jr. Construction has setup a free “drop by” seminar/Q&A session on the new ADA swimming pool laws to help answer any questions about these requirements and lifts. Mr.Tod Senne a representative of SR Smith will be available to address the new ADA swimming pool laws and requirements as well as provide information about various ADA pool lifts, etc.
