This is a dish we picked up in Turkey where they love to spice their grilled meats and fish. You can cook your salmon directly on the grill but a metal grill basket is even better to hold the fish while they cook.Puree the oil and all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Arrange the salmon fillets on a platter or small pan. Pour the marinade over the fish, turning to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the grill. Cook the salmon pieces carefully on the grill for about 4 minutes per side. Serve with rice or roasted potatoes and grilled corn.
