Select a small serving platter or large plate for the tomatoes and mozzarella. Squeeze the lemon juice over the surface, then arrange tomato slices so they fill the plate. Sprinkle tomatoes with the kosher salt and place a slice of mozzarella on top of each tomato. Now drizzle olive oil over the mozzarella, sprinkle with ground pepper and the chopped basil. If you let the tomatoes and mozzarella sit for at least 20 minutes all the juices will come together to give you an even tastier side dish.
