The famous Sevier County Bloomin’ BBQ Music & Food Festival is coming up quick! Beginning THIS FRIDAY, lace up your boots and get ready for amazing live bluegrass music and great barbecue! Below you can find the band schedule for Friday and Saturday:
Enjoy performances by 20 bands on 3 different stages throughout 2 days! On Saturday, make sure to stop by and watch all the amazing singers in the Mountain Soul Vocal Competition! This unique competition honors the songwriting of Sevierville native Dolly Parton by encouraging contestants from across the nation to sing one of the more than 3,000 songs she has penned – in his or her own vocal style. Contestants may enter in the 13 and up age division or the 12 and under division for this competition. As far as event organizers know, this is the only vocal competition in the world that specifically honors the songwriting of Dolly Parton. Contestants may submit up to two songs written by Dolly Parton per entry.
You can expect to see food vendors such as: Sons of Smoke, Off The Bone BBQ, Carolina Rib King, Red Box Hibachi, Kettle-Licious Kettle Corn, Country Cabin Sweets & Treats, Wet’N Y’alls Whistle, Toby’s Kettle Korn, A Little Coffee, and Sweet Smuckers Donuts!
Festival attendees will also have the ability to shop a variety of craft and merchandise vendors!
Festival Hours are Friday, May 19 (5 PM – 10 PM) and Saturday, May 20 (10 AM – 10 PM). Admission is free to all!
