WHO: Pigeon Forge Path to Fame Talent Competition

WHEN: Saturday, June 16, at 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Eastern

WHAT: Pigeon Forge hosts the Path to Fame Talent Competition Finals at Smoky Mountain Opry on Saturday, June 16. The free show starts at 10 a.m. and will be open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. The grand prize winner will receive a consultation with platinum-selling artist Kelsea Ballerini, a one-year mentorship with talent executive John Alexander and additional tools and experiences to launch his or her path to fame.

Twelve semi-finalists vying to be named grand champion will perform in front of a diverse panel of judges: John Alexander, Nashville-based talent executive, Michael Headla, entertainment director for Fee/Hedrick Family Entertainment, and Jeff Taylor, general manager for Country Tonite Theatre. Four semi-finalists were selected from each audition city; Cincinnati on April 14, Nashville on April 21 and Atlanta on May 12.

WHY: Pigeon Forge is a family-friendly vacation destination that offers more than 80 attractions, including award-winning entertainment.
