This Spring, Transform Curiosity into Creativity with Engaging Activities and Exciting Events
PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. (April 7, 2025) – WonderWorks Pigeon Forge is known as a dynamic place for educational fun year-round. They have taken educational topics and turned them into hands-on exhibits and activities that engage the mind and the senses. This spring, WonderWorks is kicking it up another notch with numerous education-related activities, ticket giveaways, group offerings, special events to help meet the educational needs for all.
“We love working with schools, educators, local libraries, and more here at WonderWorks, so spring is truly one of our favorite times of the year! Science fans of all ages are sure to walk inside in awe and leave with their imaginations running wild,” said Ellen Holland, education sales manager at WonderWorks Pigeon Forge.
This spring, the upside-down house will offer a variety of events and activities aimed at engaging people and spreading a love of learning. All the exhibits and activities throughout the facility are STEAM-based (science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics), which help guests develop a strong sense of critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving. They also help provide people with scientific literacy and boost curiosity, which feeds young minds.
Some of the events and activities they will host for spring 2025 include:
- Field Trips – This is an excellent time for field trips, and WonderWorks is looking forward to welcoming numerous school groups for theirs. Field trips to WonderWorks provide students with a hands-on educational experience and are a fun way to explore more about the topics they are learning about in the classroom. Field trips can be planned online.
- National Library Week – Held from April 6-12, 2025, people can celebrate National Library Week by scoring a free admission ticket to WonderWorks at participating libraries when they register for a first-time library card. Tickets are available at all Sevier County Libraries, the Pigeon Forge Library, and the Anna Porter Public Library, while supplies last. The library will provide the ticket, which must be presented along with the new library card when redeeming the ticket.
- Teacher Appreciation – In May 2025, WonderWorks will hold its annual Teacher Appreciation Days. This allows local teachers and education support staff to visit WonderWorks for free all month long and bring up to four guests at a discounted rate. Registration details will be announced soon. This is WonderWorks’ way of showing gratitude to all local educators and all they do to inspire the next generation of scientists, creatives, and leaders.
