WonderWorks Pigeon Forge understands how important it is for families to have some fun during the holiday season.  Because of that, they’re hosting a special day to make it easier for families to do just that. WonderWorks is offering a Family Fun Day event on Sunday, December 4, 2022, with admission tickets discounted to $15, plus tax, for locals throughout the day.

“We love our Tennessee locals,” says Joe Baumgartner, WonderWorks Pigeon Forge general manager. “Family Fun Day is always a great time. Come see us on the 4th for some discounted fun.”

All Tennessee residents are invited to join in on the Family Fun Day festivities to enjoy the magic of Pigeon Forge during the holiday season. During this special event, guests can engage in various activities, including riding a virtual roller coaster, competing in a family game of laser tag, being transported into the action in the 4D XD Theater, and more. There are tons of fun and engaging activities for guests of all ages. The discounted tickets can be purchased upon arrival with a Tennessee state ID.

WonderWorks Pigeon Forge will also host a special Sensory Day on Sunday, December 11, 2022, from 2 pm to 6 pm. Supporting the WonderWorks mission of inclusion, this sensory-friendly event will allow everyone to have fun and play without feeling overwhelmed. Exhibits will be altered to limit stimulation for guests with special needs during the event. The loud displays will not be in operation, the music in the facility will be lowered, the inversion tunnel will be stopped, and more. Sensory Day tickets will be offered at the special rate of $15 per person, plus tax, and can be purchased upon arrival.

“Hosting sensory-friendly events throughout the year is very important to us because the WonderWorks mission is all about providing a fun experience to as many young scientists as possible,” says Kerensa Archer, education sales manager of WonderWorks Pigeon Forge. “Sensory Day is the perfect time for families looking for activities with limited stimulation to visit.”

WonderWorks Pigeon Forge offers 42,000 square feet of “edu-tainment,” billing itself as an amusement park for the mind. It offers over 100 hands-on exhibits covering natural disasters, space discovery, imagination, physical challenges, a far-out art gallery, and a light and sound zone. They also offer birthday party packages and Corporate event space. For more information, visit https://www.wonderworksonline.com/pigeon-forge/.
