Serves 4
Ingredients:

1/2 cup skim milk, almond milk, or soy milk

1 pound strawberries, rinsed and hulled

1 pint vanilla or honey Greek yogurt or frozen yogurt

1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions:
  1. Combine the ice, strawberries, milk, and yogurt in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more milk if the shake is too thick.
  2. Divide the shake between four glasses and serve immediately.
